Description Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, equipment, systems and infrastructure to achieve business goals and objectives. Overseeing production planning and scheduling to meet operational targets and customer expectations, while monitoring process and team performance to identify and remove any barriers to delivery. Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory, health and safety requirements, while maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing environment.
