Description As Executive Assistant, you will: Manage the CEO's and Chief of Staff's diaries, ensuring all meetings and appointments are prioritised and scheduled effectively. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for high-level meetings. Act as a first point of contact, handling correspondence and responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
