The Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Property and Construction teams across the UK and Ireland. You'll help manage real estate cost data, lease and contract information, and the systems that underpin our development and construction activity.

Description:
- Support the Development Team by maintaining property and project records, tracking commitments and expenditure and assisting with budget monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate contracts, tenders, and procurement activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, milestones are tracked and governance requirements are met.
- Manage development and construction data systems (e.g. Portal, Aconex), including document uploads, version control, user access, and audit readiness.
- Provide organisational support to senior construction leaders, including planning meetings, preparing materials, managing logistics, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Real Estate Cost Lease Support:
- Assist with service charge, rates, and insurance validation.
- Share key cost and data metrics with internal stakeholders and franchisees.
- Support Surveyors and Estate Management Assistants with landlord and tenant interactions.
