The company is based in Chesterfield and prides itself on fostering a professional and supportive work environment Description * Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept to completion. * Mentor and support Junior Designers. * Creation of detailed design packs and other materials to aid in smooth handover to the Development Team. * Attend fittings with the Senior Designer and collaborate closely with the Development Team to ensure design integrity from initial concept through to finished product. * Maintain key documents such as collection overviews, performance reviews and sourcing packs in coordination with the Junior Designer. * Work with the Senior Designers to ensure the global calendar is followed deadlines are met. * Assist Senior Designer in presenting seasonal collections to the Sales team.
