Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any legal issues or restrictions affecting the property.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather information and update on progress.
- Assist in the completion of the exchange and completion process, ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring timely and efficient progression of transactions.
- Support solicitors with compliance checks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with post-completion matters, including registration with the Land Registry.
