- Supporting the Global Markets COO on governance, regulatory matters, risk and controls, third-party risk (including suppliers and SLAs), and operational resilience, including crisis management and business continuity.
- Supporting cost-saving objectives and improve efficiency of processes.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the secretarial and business support department.
- Monitor and manage budgets to optimise resource allocation and cost control.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
