As a bilingual Key Account Coordinator, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Your day will involve managing client accounts and ensuring smooth communication, helping the business run efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.

Client Details A company operating within the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Warrington.

Description Develop and maintain trusted, high-value relationships with key focus customers.

Prioritise customer intimacy and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touch point.

Partner closely with the Customer Service team to effectively manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Collaborate with Supply Chain to maximise service levels and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Build strong internal partnerships with the Sales team to foster a collaborative and customer-focused working environment.

Proactively support the Sales team in customer meetings, both face-to-face and virtually.

Actively participate in strategic meetings for focus accounts, contributing customer insights and supporting account development.

Work collaboratively with Sales to understand customer forecasts, including constrained forecasts, and ensure alignment across the business.

Partner with Sales and Product Management to understand customer pricing structures and ensure accurate and timely updates within the relevant systems.

Take accountability for the accurate reporting and management of customer complaints within the system, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Participate in cross-functional complaint resolution teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Ensure customer satisfaction following the resolution of complaints and proactively address any outstanding concerns.

Coordinate the resolution of credit-related issues between Sales, Finance and customers, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

Engage regularly with customers to capture and share the "Voice of the Customer", identifying opportunities to improve service and strengthen relationships.

Keep the wider business informed of relevant customer insights, developments and opportunities across focus accounts.

Identify, lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, service levels and internal processes.

Profile Experience in a customer service or account management role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.

Bilingual - German/Spanish/French Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address customer needs efficiently.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order processing and account management.
