The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Assist the buyer with all administrative and assistant tasks which include the below:
- Overseeing and updating the critical path, chasing samples from suppliers and ensuring orders are on track for on time delivery.
- Liaise with far east factories and maintain supplier relationships to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Organising and approving supplier submissions including labdips, trims, prints, fabrics and proto samples.
- Strong understanding of our target customer, conducting market research to ensure products and pricing are appropriate.
- Assist with the development of products, contributing new ideas that are relevant for the target market.
- Liaising with studio team to ensure all new products have been booked in to shoot.
- Communicating with the Ecommerce team to help support Campaigns and Photo Shoots.
- Responding to supplier queries and ensuring all administrative processes are completed by suppliers pre shipping.
- Consistently keep up to date with new trends, colours and fabrics.
- Carrying out in-store and online competitor analysis and SWOT reports to assist Product Development in buys.
Profile
- Knowledge and experience in Fashion / Apparel Buying
- Has experience as a Buying Admin Assistant, Senior Buyers Admin Assistant or similar
- Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills
- A keen interest in fashion/ apparel and customer first
- Driven & motivated
- Retail experience essential
