As a new Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to directly shape the role's success. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, coordinating with lenders, preparing quotes, reviewing financial documents, and efficiently processing applications. You will also collaborate closely with sales directors, sharing valuable insights to help train and support the growth of a high-performing new team.

Though still young, our client is well established in the industry, known for its innovative approach and focus on service excellence. To support the company's rapid growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to bring strong knowledge to the role.

  • Prospecting for new business to build the role into success.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
  • Liaising with lenders, customers, and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations from lenders.
  • Gathering necessary documents and information to support applications.
  • Reviewing financial documentation and processing applications with the appropriate funder.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers, providing ongoing support as needed.

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • Experience in Asset Finance is essential.
  • Previous experience managing the full sales cycle, from handling objections and gatekeepers to closing sales.
  • Motivated and driven to grow and develop professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of asset finance and related financial products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

Salary - 30-plus (dependent on experience) with OTE of 50-55k. Holiday allowance of 25 days, plus bank holidays & birthday day off. Access to MyGym Discounts. Brilliant Progression & Training pathways.
