Engineering Director / Chief Engineer, Camberley:
This role as Engineering Director is more Chief Engineer on a day to day basis - Less strategy and P&L responsibility, more design and technical lead/authority.
Act as the senior technical authority across the International Engineering function (3 countries).
Provide technical leadership on complex engineering and design challenges.
Support engineers through design reviews, investigations and problem-solving activities.
Champion sound engineering judgement and technical rigour.
Drive engineering best practice across product development, verification and validation activities.
Support the development of technical capability across all engineering disciplines.
