  • Support the administration and maintenance of employee benefits schemes.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of annual P11D returns.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of taxable benefits and expenses.
  • Reconcile HR, payroll and benefits data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support year-end tax reporting and compliance activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR data is up to date.
  • Respond to employee queries relating to benefits, deductions and taxation.

A successful HR Administrator should have

  • Previous experience within an HR Administration, HR Assistant or Payroll Administration role.
  • Experience supporting P11D processes and employee benefits administration.
  • Understanding of taxable benefits and HMRC reporting requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience using HR and payroll systems.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
