An organisation in the manufacturing industry based in Stockport. This role will be fully office based.

Description

  • Supervise and support the customer service team (3 person team) to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order processing and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct 1-1's with customer service team.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • Experience in managing or leading a customer service team is essential.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries and conflict resolution.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and team performance.

Due to the urgent nature of this opportunity, we can only consider candidates who are available to start immediately and can commit to the full 3-month fixed-term contract.
