Description

  • Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding processes.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide clear, helpful guidance.
  • Set up new customer accounts following the mobilisation of new client contracts.
  • Process and validate customer data across multiple systems and databases.
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness before it is entered into live systems.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through research and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Update and maintain customer records in line with company procedures.
  • Work to daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Ensure customer account information is accurate and ready for billing and customer communications.
  • Support the successful onboarding of new customers and developments.

Profile
