- Description
- Monitor the performance of contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
- Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and escalate data quality issues promptly, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and maintain statutory compliance.
- Take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive administrative support service to the team.
- Undertake general office duties as required, including filing, typing, processing post, arranging meetings, and maintaining records.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor systems, registers, records, and databases to ensure the accurate input, storage, retrieval, and reporting of data.
- Promote effective communication across offices, departments, external customers, and stakeholders.
- Produce accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to a high professional standard.
- Support the achievement of individual, team, and organisational objectives through effective administration and collaboration.

- Proven experience of working to deadlines and achieving targets.
- Strong customer service experience with a customer-focused approach.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of the Social Housing and Care sectors.
- Experience of producing reports and managing data effectively.
- Experience of training or supporting colleagues in the use of systems and processes.

- Permanent equivalent salary of £29,897.
