Description

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Log and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and professional approach in all customer interactions.
• Support any additional administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in handling customer queries.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
