- As the Receptionist & Travel Coordinator, you will
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Organise and book travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation and transport.
- Maintain and update travel records and itineraries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities.
- Process invoices related to the travel arrangements
- Administration on the Reed & Mackay system

A successful Reception& Travel Coordinator should have
- Proven experience in reception duties or travel booking within a professional setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
