Key responsibilities are as follows

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class front-of-house experience
  • Managing reception, calls, post, meeting rooms, and office facilities
  • Coordinating suppliers, contractors, catering, and office maintenance
  • Supporting client onboarding, CRM management, and operational administration
  • Assisting with IT administration and business improvement projects
  • Helping to organise networking events, seminars, and client functions
  • Maintaining accurate records, data, and marketing databases
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting a collaborative office environment
