As Personal Assistant to Sales and Marketing, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
- Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the team as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with organising events and marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Support general office administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant to Sales and Marketing should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Job Offer
