Our client is a leading UK not-for-profit organisation with a significant national reach and a strong social impact mission based near Kings Cross. They require an accomplished Interim Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a senior executive over a three-month assignment.
Description
- Manage and maintain the Chief's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and meeting materials as required.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the Chief's office where appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and organise itineraries.
- Support with confidential document management and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Track and follow up on key actions and deadlines for the Chief's office.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
Profile
A successful Interim EA to Chief's should have:
- Previous experience in an executive assistant role within an non-profit
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of Β£20.00 - Β£24.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility.
