The client is a recently acquired, multinational manufacturing business, who are in the process of opening a brand-new Central London office.
Description
As Executive Assistant to General Counsel, you will:
- Manage the General Counsel's calendar and prioritise appointments effectively.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where necessary.
- Handle confidential legal documentation with discretion and accuracy.
- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reporting for the General Counsel.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks within the legal department.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant to the General Counsel should have:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar support role, ideally within a legal function.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with legal or corporate environments is a plus.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£55,000 to Β£70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement with four days on-site in London.
