- Manage the President's diary, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
- Coordinate events, presentations, and other activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and external organisations to ensure smooth communication.
