Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management tools, ideally Zendesk.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to helping customers.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£29,000 to Β£33,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
