This role is within the business services industry, based in Leeds. This opporutnity will be fully office based and offers full-time hours only (Mon - Fri 09:00am - 17:30pm)

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via inound calls.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Log and update customer interactions within internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex enquiries.
