As an Inclusion Administrator in the Not For Profit sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Description
SEND & EHCP Administration - Manage administrative processes relating to the identification, assessment, and review of students with SEND, including coordinating Annual Reviews, collating professional reports, and ensuring statutory deadlines are strictly met.
Data Management & Record Keeping - Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records, provision maps, and SEND registers on the school's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
Handle correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support the team with project planning and implementation tasks.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the department.
Profile
A successful Inclusion Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role within the UK educational sector.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using standard office software and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team objectives.
Job Offer
Hourly rate between Β£15 - Β£17/hr, dependent on the level of experience.
Flexibility to work from home (wfh).
Temporary contract offering valuable experience in the Not For Profit sector.
