We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a rapidly growing international manufacturing business on a 14-month fixed-term contract, based in Leighton Buzzard. This is a broad, standalone-style generalist role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and senior leaders while helping to shape the future of the HR function during an exciting period of growth. Client Details Our client is a successful and rapidly growing international organisation operating within a highly regulated and quality-focused environment. With operations spanning multiple locations globally and continued investment in both people and infrastructure, the business has built a strong reputation for innovation, operational excellence and delivering critical solutions to customers worldwide. The UK operation employs approximately 150 people across a combination of manufacturing, operational and corporate functions and is experiencing significant growth and change. This creates an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to make a genuine impact, build strong relationships across the business and contribute to both operational and strategic people initiatives. Description Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HR Manager will act as the lead HR contact for the UK operation whilst also supporting a number of international locations. This is a varied and hands-on generalist role where no two days are the same. Working closely with managers across manufacturing, operational and corporate functions, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR support across every stage of the employee lifecycle whilst driving continuous improvement and building strong relationships throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters. Managing employee relations activity including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and capability issues.
