As an HR Co-ordinator in the industrial manufacturing sector, you'll be at the heart of the human resources function, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. From handling key administrative tasks to supporting wider HR initiatives, your role will help keep the business organised and efficient.

This role is well established within the industrial/manufacturing materials sector internationally, with their head office based in London.
Description
As HR Co-ordinator, you will;
Provide administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems as needed.
Support onboarding processes by preparing contracts and organising induction schedules.
Help coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
Respond to employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Profile
A successful HR Co-ordinator should have:
Previous experience in a human resources role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from Β£32,000 to Β£36,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
