As an HR Admin, based in Chester, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep the Human Resources department running smoothly. Your work will support the overall operations of the industrial and manufacturing organisation, ensuring processes are efficient and well-organised. you will also need to have payroll processing experience and be able to show this on your CV. Client Details An organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector located in Chester. Description Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation. Support onboarding activities, ensuring new starters have a seamless experience. Handle day-to-day HR queries, providing timely and accurate responses. Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts and policy updates. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist with payroll administration and related data entry tasks. Profile A successful HR Admin should have: Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
