Description

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor and improve customer service processes to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Provide regular reports on complaint trends and resolution outcomes.
  • Train and guide team members in effective resolution techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer issues.

Profile

A successful Customer Resolution Manager should have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or complaint resolution within a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

  • Halifax based - 3 days on site
  • Β£32,000 - Β£35,000 depending on experience
