Following a period of sustained growth they are looking for a new Customer Relationship Manager to be a point of contact for a number of assigned accounts from a service perspective
- Description
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues and signposting internally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring all services are provided as agreed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and offer additional services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
- Handle client feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service delivery.
