Description
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of media campaigns, ensuring they stay on track and on budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and up sell additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer informed advice to clients.
Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
- Experience managing client relationships in the media and agency industry.
