As an HR Administrator (Temp) in the Scottish Borders - you'll help ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources department in the not-for-profit sector. You'll handle administrative tasks and support daily operations, keeping everything organised and efficient

Description

  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Handle general HR correspondence and enquiries.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator (Temp) should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of HR procedures and processes.
  • The ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate of Β£15, dependent on the level of experience.
