Description

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
  • Prepare statutory reports and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to resolve case matters effectively.
  • Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent companies or individuals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider insolvency team as needed.

Profile

A successful Insolvency Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in insolvency or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with insolvency legislation and procedures.

Job Offer

  • Salary between Β£27,000 and Β£35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
