Description
- Oversee the administration and management of facilities management contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and organisational policies.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor performance and address any issues related to contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.
- Support internal teams with contract-related queries and processes.
- Contribute to cost management and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to within all contracts.
Profile
A successful Contract Officer should have:
- Experience in facilities management or contract administration within Water Safety teams
- Experience dealing with Legionella
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A good understanding of compliance and health and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate between Β£20.00 and Β£22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
