Description

  • Plan and oversee repairs and maintenance projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a repairs, maintenance, construction, or contracts management role.
  • Experience pricing and invoicing works using Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes.
  • Good knowledge of landscaping and fencing works, including palisade fencing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, project managers, suppliers, and operatives.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Job Offer

  • Salary between Β£36,000 and Β£44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent contract with job stability.
