- Description
- Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept to completion.
- Mentor and support Junior Designers.
- Creation of detailed design packs and other materials to aid in smooth handover to the Development Team.
- Attend fittings with the Senior Designer and collaborate closely with the Development Team to ensure design integrity from initial concept through to finished product.
- Maintain key documents such as collection overviews, performance reviews and sourcing packs in coordination with the Junior Designer.
- Work with the Senior Designers to ensure the global calendar is followed & deadlines are met.
- Assist Senior Designer in presenting seasonal collections to the Sales team.
- Profile
A successful Designer - Mid Level - Sweats / Jersey should have
- Proven experience in designing sweats and jersey products within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of design software and technical sketching.
- An understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative vision.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
