- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and processes.
- Manage 3 members of staff
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for internal use.
- Produce monthly Management Accounts to a tight deadline
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets effectively and provide insightful variance analysis.
- Support the team by reviewing and improving financial procedures.
- Assist in decision-making by providing reliable financial advice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
- ideally experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector, however other sectors will be considered
