Based in Guildford, this position requires a deep understanding of corporate banking and a commitment to achieving client satisfaction. You will be responsible for credit analysis, credit paper creation, account and relationship management as well as Business Development.

As a medium-sized enterprise, the company is dedicated to providing comprehensive banking and financial solutions to a diverse client base across Surrey from this office, and internationally from its other offices.
Description:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients in the Surrey area - deals are typically between £0.5 - 20 Million, and the portfolio is currently sitting at 45 customers.
- Provide strategic financial advice and bespoke banking solutions to meet client needs.
- Assess clients for their credit worthiness, and ongoing credit needs / stress testing.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and proactively engage new clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Foster long-term professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Profile: A successful Corporate Banking Manager should have:
