Description
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies within the financial services sector.
- Monitor and report on risk-related issues in collaboration with the Risk & Compliance team.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas for improvement in processes and controls.
- Provide guidance and training on compliance matters to internal teams.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required by governing bodies.
- Support senior management with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure timely adjustments to policies.
Profile
A successful Senior Compliance Associate should have:
- A background in compliance, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
