Michael Page Banking is seeking a Loan Agency VP in London to lead transaction execution and administration across Project Finance and Infrastructure deals. You will manage new and existing transactions, negotiate documentation, and coordinate lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors through the deal lifecycle.
Working in a small, collaborative team, you will spend half your time on execution and closings and half on portfolio management, client exposure, and long-term relationship development.
