My client based in West London, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Services Lead to deliver an exceptional experience for their VIP guests and senior stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of executive hospitality, visitor services and VIP protocol within a prestigious and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will oversee high-profile visits, coordinate bespoke events and travel arrangements, manage chauffeur services, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Working closely with executive assistants, protocol teams and senior leaders, you will play a key role in creating seamless, memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
Job Description
Executive Services Lead Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of exceptional VIP and executive guest experiences, acting as the key point of contact for high-profile visitors.
- Plan and coordinate VIP visits, corporate events and hospitality services, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
- Manage guest events, including coordinating with outsourced catering companies.
- Manage complex visitor logistics, including itineraries, travel arrangements, accommodation, meeting schedules and office allocations.
- Manage chauffeur service.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, executive hospitality areas and chauffeur services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with executive assistants, protocol teams and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of VIP engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing guest feedback, maintaining operational excellence and providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
