Leading international bank in the heart of the City of London are looking to expand their financial services team in a Loan Operations Officer capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Verification of received credit documentation and legal agreements - loans: bilateral and syndicated, guarantees, factoring
  • Onboarding new risk products
  • Checking transaction documentation versus system data
  • Establishing the collaterals and recurring monitoring
  • Fees and commissions administration
  • Disbursement of the loans
  • Checking of agreement conditions, precedents and subsequent monitoring of terms and obligations of credit agreements
  • Monitoring the timeliness of loan repayments together with release of the collaterals after repayment
  • KYC documentation and upload

Profile:

  • Minimum two (2) years of related banking experience in loan administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
