Description FPn A Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP Financial Services Lead financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives.
Develop and deliver actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making using Power Bi.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards.
Work closely with the accounting and finance team to align objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Profile FPn A Transformation and Insights Analytics AVP A successful FP A Transformation Insights Analytics AVP should have: Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the brokerage, commodities or banking industry.
Proven ability to lead transformation projects and deliver measurable results specifically using Power Bi.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools, ideally Advanced Excel.
Strong communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA).
Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
