Description Broad remit spanning budgeting, forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and scenario analysis Build and maintain integrated financial reporting models consolidating business plans for each business segment Develop scenario analysis for valuations and funding needs Close partnering with investment and development teams on acquisitions and projects Blend of corporate FP A and deal / project finance responsibilities Provide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
