NUGENT are seeking a HSEQ Admin to join our team. The HSEQ Administrator will provide administrative support to ensure the company maintains compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements. The role involves managing compliance records, coordinating training and audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement across company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain HSEQ compliance records, KPI reports, and corrective action tracking.
  • Monitor IMS compliance against company objectives and maintain related documentation and registers.
  • Support accident investigations and manage non-conformance/problem logs through to close out.
  • Maintain document control systems, including project records, compliance documentation, and Teams file management.
  • Coordinate plant maintenance schedules and maintain servicing records.
  • Administer supplier and subcontractor approval processes.
  • Organise site inductions and maintain competency and training records.
  • Coordinate internal and external training requirements.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice logging, and order reconciliation.
  • Support internal and external audits and compliance inspections.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness, occupational health arrangements, DSE assessments, and driving licence checks.
  • Maintain environmental and waste management records.
  • Prepare site compliance folders and provide general HSEQ administrative support.
  • Carry out additional duties as required to support the HSEQ function.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
