To support the Visual Merchandising EMEA team to ensure that VM is used as a branding tool but also as a tool to achieve the commercial goals of the Company and to support the business objectives of the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production and installation of seasonal windows and campaign graphics within the EMEA region; liaising with production companies, placing orders, ensuring timely delivery to the region, and supporting the team with invoice set‑up and tracking under supervision specific to the region.
- Coordinate orders of all props for the region; liaise with vendors, placing orders and supporting the team with invoice set‑up and tracking under supervision specific to the region.
- Continually update and follow‑up on window installations and in‑store visual reports to all channels.
- Assist the VM team with Planogram set‑ups, showroom set‑ups, events and window installations.
- Support the EMEA VM team with administration: expense reports, travel, and updating budget/PO trackers and supporting reconciliations.
- Assist the EMEA VM team in research related to projects.
- Coordinate logistics for the EMEA region when needed.
- Assist the EMEA regional visual merchandisers with any logistics/admin matters.
- Support the EMEA team to continue to build a consistent brand message in all areas of VM.
- Availability to travel within the region when requested.
Qualifications
- University education
- Creative background
- European languages beneficial but not imperative
Experience
- Experience working in administration in a design related capacity.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in design software – InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and administration.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign would be ideal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to incorporate regular mundane tasks into day‑to‑day workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Confident team player.
