As we prepare to unveil this space, we are assembling a dynamic new team to bring the Michael Kors Experience to life. With multiple roles and contract types available, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly special from the beginning.
As a Stock Associate, you’ll help ensure the store operates smoothly; managing inventory with precision and supporting the team in delivering a seamless luxury experience.

Who You Are:
Passionate about fashion and thriving in a fast-paced environment, our Stock Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael Kors. They are responsible for operational tasks, including all aspects of Back of House, and collaborate positively with the team, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.
What You’ll Do:
People
- Support the team with stock-related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control.
- Work collaboratively within the MK team to support colleagues.
- Take accountability for personal performance as a MK Ambassador.
- Maintain grooming and image standards per Brand policy.
- Practice and model company behaviors using the behavior toolkit.
Service
- Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
- Support the team to resolve client issues and complaints.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members to drive store performance.
Sales
- Meet and exceed sales goals, holding yourself and the team accountable.
- Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager.
- Communicate business results and opportunities to drive sales and product needs.
Operations
- Ensure proper processing of deliveries and transfers following Brand guidelines.
- Maintain inventory integrity through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Prioritize loss prevention, acting quickly on early signs of loss and communicating with the line manager.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to implement and maintain visual directives.
- Work with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment.
