Who You Are:

Passionate about fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Stock Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing the brand’s vision. They are responsible for operational tasks, including all aspects of Back of House, and collaborate positively with team members, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.

What You’ll Do:

People

• Support the team by managing stock-related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the store as part of the MK team.
• Take responsibility for personal performance as a MK Ambassador.
• Maintain grooming standards aligned with brand policy.
• Model and promote company behaviors using the behavior toolkit.

Service

• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and stock areas.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and influence performance positively.

Sales

• Achieve and exceed sales goals, holding yourself and the team accountable.
• Analyze reports and develop action plans with your line manager.
• Communicate business results and opportunities to drive sales and meet product needs.

Operations

• Ensure deliveries and transfers follow brand guidelines.
• Conduct bi-annual inventories and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Prioritize loss prevention by taking quick action on early signs of loss and communicating with the line manager.
• Work with visual merchandising to implement directives and strategies.
• Partner with management to ensure appropriate product assortment.

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to drive Back of House operations and meet store goals.
• A solution-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with technology to enhance sales and customer experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
