A solutions-oriented individual to lead the project management and production sitting within the Creative Services team. They will lead or coordinate the execution of all initiatives that intersect with the Creative Services team, from global campaigns and packaging development to content creation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards. Acting as the central hub between creative, brand, marketing, merchandising, and external partners, you will drive clarity, accountability, and excellence across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of the Jimmy Choo brand, elevating its luxury positioning, and supporting the business’s broader commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the Creative Services Project Manager to ensure forward planning of resources across current and upcoming projects.
- Project Management & workflow leadership: Support the Project Manager in campaign and content production workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder reviews, and routing approvals.
- Own project timelines: developing and communicating timing plans, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure key stakeholders are receiving regular updates on how projects are tracking according to timelines and deadlines.
- Manage budgets across creative projects: estimating costs, raising POs, and resolving invoice queries in partnership with finance.
- Continuously assess and improve workflow efficiency across all areas touching creative from campaign execution to packaging design.
- Oversee the final approval process for creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
- Creative Production: Lead the end-to-end production of tier 3 in-house campaigns, supported by the Associate Producer.
- Manage pre-production, with associate producer including booking talent, location scouting, scheduling, travel logistics, and cost estimation.
- Coordinate pre-production meetings, ensuring all creative and operational approvals are secured ahead of shoots.
- Oversee post-production: managing retouching, editing, asset delivery, and all versioning for multi-platform usage.
- Deliver moving image, GIFs, and animation assets for social and digital as needed.
- Be the key point of contact for production teams, accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Asset Management: Maintain a centralised archive and detailed records of all creative assets and usage rights.
- Ensure all final assets are properly tagged, stored, and accessible in accordance with internal systems.
- Implement and manage a scalable internal archiving process for campaign, digital, and brand assets.
- Track usage rights, licensing, contracts, and renewal timelines across all content.
- Oversee subscriptions and tools used by the department, including Framie.io, Artlist, Shutterstock, and WeTransfer.
- Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Ecom, and Retail.
- Foster collaborative relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance creative talent.
- Act as a trusted partner: communicating openly, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that support collective goals.
- Represent the Creative Services team in cross-functional meetings and planning forums.
- Administration & Reporting: Own financial reconciliation and reporting for creative projects; manage all administrative aspects of project delivery (POs, invoices, contracts, cost tracking, and usage documentation).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and planning tools to ensure accountability and visibility across all projects.
- Tech Support: Provide basic software and technical support for the Creative Services team; liaise with IT as needed to ensure smooth operation of Mac systems and creative tools.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience working in Asana or a similar project management system
- Proven experience in production, graphic design for luxury brand or working in a creative agency
- Must be fluent in English; speaking a second language would be an advantage
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CS5, InDesign CS5, Acrobat)
- Basic graphic design skills
