The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network with over 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops across 21 European countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, multicultural, and international.
Who You Are:
Passionate about fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Sales Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing Michael Kors. They deliver exceptional customer experiences, build loyalty, and work collaboratively with positivity, energy, and optimism.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring excellent customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools.
- Maintain floor and stock presence.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance store performance.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with passion and confidence.
- Analyze business results and identify opportunities to increase sales.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Previous luxury Menswear experience with a passion for customer service excellence.
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
- Capability and desire to collaborate and motivate team members to achieve results.
- Proficiency with technology and leveraging it to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Strong communication skills, preferably with knowledge of the local language.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, over 5 days per week.
