SALES GENERATION
- Achieve sales goals
- Elevate sales and service levels to maximize performance
- Develop in-depth knowledge of merchandise
- Close sales and monitor details such as shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow all sales-related policies and procedures

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Maintain repeat clientele using client books
- Address client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
OPERATIONS
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked
- Maintain all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Follow all stock, shipping, receiving protocols, policies, and related paperwork
- Manage inventories
- Adhere to Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
- Execute all relevant register functions
- Follow work schedule, including time and attendance
- Participate in all relevant training, seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years retail experience.
